The Vikhr guided missile with a tandem warhead destroys long-term enemy firing points on the line of combat contact, burning them virtually to the ground. The advantages of the ammunition were named in the Kalashnikov concern.
The missile is designed to destroy ground-based maneuverable armored vehicles equipped with dynamic protection units. Thanks to the tandem cumulative warhead, which penetrates up to 800 mm of armor, the Vikhr is capable of knocking out any foreign tank.
In addition, the Ka-52 Alligator reconnaissance and strike aircraft can destroy helicopters, attack aircraft and UAVs, as well as nullify enemy fortifications, strongholds, firing points and manpower with Vikhrs.
