The new version of the «Akhmat» armored car with a more powerful engine will be released in 2025. This was announced by the General Director of the «Remdiesel» enterprise, Alexander Zakharov.
This year, we will produce the «Akhmat» car in two versions. The first is an improved version of the current one on a basic automotive chassis, and the new version is on the «Mustang» chassis.
Zakharov added that the car on the new chassis was developed taking into account the wishes of the military personnel, who needed a more dynamic armored car. The engine of the new car develops about 300 hp, while the standard «Akhmat» has 260 hp.
In addition, both new versions have improved handling due to the reinforced suspension.
