Muscovites' cars may be sold at auction due to unpaid fines. The Moscow Department of Transport warned the capital's drivers about this.
Received a fine for improper parking? Don't delay with payment. This will help to avoid the troubles faced by the owners of these cars.
For 60 days, they violated parking rules and did not pay fines. The total amount of debt was 246 thousand rubles. The bailiff service arrested the cars for debts and sent them to a specialized parking lot.
Owners will be able to return their cars only after full payment of all fines. Otherwise, bailiffs may sell the cars at auction to pay off the debt.
We ask drivers to comply with traffic rules and park only in designated places. If you received a fine, do not forget to pay it within 60 days. Even a small debt can lead to the arrest of the car.
On January 1, 2025, higher fines for traffic violations came into force in Russia. Now, for driving under the influence or refusing to undergo a medical examination, sanctions of up to 45,000 rubles are provided.
