Joint development and production of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) may become one of the new areas of technological partnership between Russia and India. This opinion was expressed by a representative of Rosoboronexport (part of Rostec).
One of the areas of Russian-Indian technological partnership could be the joint development and production of unmanned aerial vehicles.
According to him, the competitive advantage of Russian drones offered for export is the fact that technical development is based on the experience of real use in high-intensity combat operations, in the face of modern air defense systems.
Another strength of Russian export proposals in the field of drones and means of combating them is a high level of openness to technological cooperation.
Russia is ready to offer Indian partners cooperation in the field of UAVs, which could include technology transfer, development of devices, localization of their production, creation of joint service centers and enterprises, including regional ones.
Earlier www1.ru reported that the latest drones "Goliath-R", "Karakurt-R" and "Quasimachta" from "Kalashnikov" will land in Abu Dhabi.
