The federal M-8 highway in the Arkhangelsk region will be equipped with three charging stations for electric vehicles. Their capacity will be 150 kW.
They will be located at the entrance to Velsk, in the village of Bereznik, Vinogradovsky district, and in Arkhangelsk near the new road ring road - Dachnaya street. The installation of the complexes will be sponsored by Metall Trading.
The regional authorities are paying attention to the development of charging infrastructure. They are ready to support investors, assured Dmitry Rozhin, Chairman of the Government of the Arkhangelsk Region.
In total, there are 17 charging stations operating in the Arkhangelsk region. However, federal highways are still bypassing such infrastructure.
