Sitronics Electro, part of Sitronics Group, plans to further develop its own network of charging stations for electric vehicles in the Moscow region in the coming years. This was reported by the press service of Sitronics Group.
For electric car owners in the Moscow region, this is a convenient option to combine electric vehicle charging and shopping, and for travelers and Muscovites, it's a chance to charge and relax.
Currently, more than 4,000 electric vehicles are registered in the Moscow region. In 2024, their number increased by 58%. Samokhin noted that the company currently operates 199 stations in the Moscow region.
Most of them are located on the territory of shopping centers and hotels — in places where drivers spend a lot of time. Sitronics Electro believes that installing fast charging stations in the Moscow region and expanding our EV charging network is a justified step.
Earlier www1.ru reported that Russia plans to increase the production of electric vehicles and hybrids almost sevenfold by 2030. This is provided for in the unified plan for the implementation of national development goals of the country.
Last year, the production of electric vehicles in Russia increased almost by 80%.
