According to the legend of the exercises, the crew of "Alexander Obukhov" discovered and destroyed anchor and bottom mines in the Baltic Sea. After that, "Soobrazitelny" launched an attack with the "Uran" anti-ship complex on a detachment of ships of a mock enemy with the implementation of electronic missile launches.

The ships also practiced air defense (AD) during the sea passage using electronic and visual camouflage. When simulated air targets approached the engagement line, they were destroyed from artillery, anti-aircraft and other shipborne air defense systems.
