Diesel submarines of the Primorsky Flotilla of the Pacific Fleet (TOF) conducted planned exercises in the Sea of Japan, practicing a head-on battle with evasion of torpedo attacks using hydroacoustic countermeasures. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Defense.
One of the diesel submarines operated on the anti-submarine line and attacked the mock enemy's submarine immediately after its detection. In response, the attacked submarine performed an evasion maneuver with a counterattack.
After that, the submariners practiced breaking away from the "enemy's" pursuit by setting up false targets and interference.
Earlier www1.ru reported that the "feature" of the modernized Su-25SM3 attack aircraft became known.
