A plant for the production of non-woven material "Spunlace" is being built in the special economic zone (SEZ) "Uzlovaya" in the Tula region. The production site will be ready by the end of 2025. This became known at a meeting between the head of the region, Dmitry Milyaev, and the founder of the SEZ resident company "Inotex", Andrey Ioel.
The area of the production complex will exceed 11,000 sq.m. The initial investment in the plant is more than 2.2 billion rubles.
Milyaev stated that the "Inotex" plant will meet the demand for affordable personal hygiene products.
The enterprise will replace similar imported products on the market, thereby reducing Russia's dependence on macroeconomic conditions in international commodity markets.
