In 2024, industrial enterprises supplied to the engineering troops more than 1,800 samples of modern equipment and over 570 thousand sets of engineering property. There is a rearmament to the latest and modernized means of armament.
The department clarified that military engineers solve the tasks of engineering support, including mine clearance of territories, fortification equipment of borders and construction of crossings over water obstacles.
The system of engineering weapons includes over 600 items of various samples and sets, while their classification includes 75 types of equipment.
