In 2024, industrial enterprises supplied more than 1,800 samples of modern equipment and over 570 thousand sets of engineering equipment to the engineering troops. There is a rearmament to the latest and modernized means of armament.
The department clarified that military engineers solve the tasks of engineering support, including demining territories, fortifying equipment of borders and building crossings over water obstacles.
The system of engineering weapons includes over 600 items of various samples and sets, while their classification includes 75 types of equipment.
