The timing of the return to service of the aircraft carrier project 1143.7 "Admiral Kuznetsov" is currently uncertain. It was assumed that the modernization of the flagship of the Russian Navy would be completed in 2024, but no information on the completion of the work has yet been received.
The cruiser "Admiral Kuznetsov" has been undergoing repairs and modernization since 2017 at the 35th Ship Repair Plant of the "Zvezdochka Ship Repair Center", which is part of the USC). The deadline for commissioning is at the end of 2024, but the work has not been completed so far.
