AvtoVAZ Strengthens Quality Control of the New Lada Aura Production

Regime extended until the end of January

AvtoVAZ has extended the enhanced quality control regime for the production of the newest Lada Aura model. This was revealed by the insider public Avtograd News.

The plant's assembly lines are operating stably, producing all models, including Lada Aura, in black, brown, and silver colors. Enhanced quality control has been extended to January.

In December, it became known that Lada Aura cars rolling off the assembly line would be checked particularly carefully.

Granta and Niva, as always, are going at a good pace, Granta somewhere around 360 units per shift. Niva, the assembly program has become a little smaller, temporarily. Nothing more interesting is happening.

Lada Aura is built on the Lada Vesta platform and features an extended wheelbase, improved interior trim, and a price starting from 2.6 million rubles. The car is equipped with a 1.8-liter gasoline engine with a capacity of 122 hp and a CVT.
