S7 Airlines has become the first Russian airline to launch a mini-app in the Telegram messenger for purchasing tickets. The new service is designed to replace the official app, which is currently unavailable for download in the App Store.
In the mini-app, you can find S7 flights and flights from other airlines, compare prices, and review the rules of carriage. Customers' personal data is protected by encryption.
In the future, the company plans to launch push notifications via Telegram. They will inform passengers about the start of boarding, remind them about the opening of online check-in, and report other important events.
