S7 Airlines has become the first Russian airline to launch a mini-app for purchasing tickets in the Telegram messenger. The new service is designed to replace the official app, which is currently unavailable for download in the App Store.
In the mini-app, you can find flights from S7 and other airlines, compare prices, and review the rules of carriage. Customers' personal data is protected by encryption.
In the future, the company plans to launch push notifications via Telegram. They will inform passengers about the start of boarding, remind them about the opening of online check-in, and report other important events.
