Ulyanovsk Automobile Plant has returned to work after the New Year holidays and resumed production of its legendary vehicles. During the winter holidays, the company carried out comprehensive work on the maintenance and modernization of production equipment.
Special attention was paid to the repair and modernization of buildings, as well as improving the condition of the territory. In particular, PVC tiles were replaced in some sections of the main production line, and the base of mechanical assembly building No. 3 was partially repaired.
The work carried out during the vacation period was aimed at maintaining a high level of technical readiness, increasing production efficiency, and ensuring the safety of employees in the workplace.
Earlier, Ulyanovsk Automobile Plant announced new prices for the 2025 "Patriot", "Hunter", and "Pickup" SUVs. All models have risen in price by 70–80 thousand rubles. It is expected that the updated "Patriot" will receive a 2.0-liter diesel engine and a 6-speed manual gearbox.
