The V. A. Degtyarev Plant, which produces machine guns and other small arms, has filed a new lawsuit against the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation for more than 100 million rubles. This is reported in the case materials.
Judge Teveleva N. P., having considered the issue of accepting for proceedings the statement of claim of JSC \"V. A. Degtyarev Plant\" against the defendant - the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation for the recovery of 100,569,849 rubles 71 kopecks <...> ruled to accept the statement of claim received by the court on 02.11.2024 and initiate proceedings in the case.
The reasons for the defense enterprise filing a lawsuit against the Ministry of Defense remain unknown. This is the second such multi-million dollar lawsuit: in late December 2024, the Moscow Arbitration Court recovered 146 million rubles of debt from the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation in favor of JSC \"V. A. Degtyarev Plant\". The details of the lawsuit are also unknown.
