Bauman Moscow State Technical University and the Ministry of Defense of Russia are in the process of settling the military department's claim for over 38 million rubles by concluding a settlement agreement between the parties. This was stated in the press service of the university.
The university noted that the lawsuit is related to the delay in fulfilling obligations under the contract by one of the co-executors of MSTU named after N. E. Bauman.
The department and MSTU are already in the process of settling this issue by concluding a settlement agreement between the parties.
It was noted that the military prosecutor's office of the Strategic Missile Forces was also involved as another person in the case.
