The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation has filed a lawsuit against the Bauman Moscow State Technical University for over 38 million rubles. This is stated in the definition of the claim in the case file on the website of the Arbitration Court of Moscow.
The amount of the claim is 38 million 300 thousand 416 rubles. The court decided to accept the statement of claim and initiate proceedings in the case.
The court documents note that representatives of the Prosecutor's Office of the Strategic Missile Forces will also be summoned to the court in this case.
The case will be held behind closed doors. The essence of the defense department's claims against the university is not disclosed.
It should be noted that the Ministry of Defense has previously met in court with defendants from Bauman Moscow State Technical University. In 2024, the department filed a lawsuit seeking to recover a penalty of 413,399 rubles from the university for delaying the fulfillment of obligations under a state contract.
The state contract provided for the supply of a ground robotic complex with attachments, the contract price was 42.4 million rubles. Then the court satisfied the requirements of the Ministry of Defense.
