The "Plus Gaming" cloud gaming service, developed by Yandex, has released its second beta version, which now supports all Chromium-based browsers, including Chrome, Edge, and Yandex Browser.
The new version features an improved streaming system and a significantly redesigned web application interface. Users can now launch games directly in the browser without having to install a client on their PC.
The service is now available to a wider range of users. It now supports not only Windows, as before, but also macOS 14.1.2+, Ubuntu 18.04+ and ChromeOS 109+. It is important to note that a stable internet connection with a minimum speed of 30 Mbps is required for stable operation of the service.
The developers have improved hotkeys for different operating systems. For example, on Windows and Ubuntu, you can open the menu using Ctrl + Esc, and on macOS, you can use Ctrl + Opt + S to view streaming metrics.
The service is available in desktop versions of Chromium-based browsers, with guaranteed operation in Edge 109+, Chrome 109+ and Yandex Browser 23+. It is possible to use "Plus Gaming" in other browsers, but errors are likely.
