The "Evoblast" and "Peak Mining" groups have developed the "Ant" mixing and charging machine for underground work. The 1.2-ton vehicle will transport up to 600 kg of emulsion explosive, the company's press service reported.
The new mixing and charging machine is suitable for small cross-section workings (from 8 sq. meters and more). The warm glazed cabin is designed for 3 blasters.
The "Ant" mechanizes the work of the blaster, as it removes part of the load associated with the transportation of materials for charging. The machine overcomes slopes for descent and ascent up to 35°, it is equipped with an energy-intensive suspension and 3 swivel axles.
Replacement parts are very easy to find. The production of two more chassis is planned. It is possible to scale the project to other mining facilities in Russia.
