The serviceability of "Superjets" in Russian airlines is at a high level. This was reported by Rostec.
The state corporation noted that measures to maintain the airworthiness of the existing fleet of "Superjets" have already proven their effectiveness. In some months of 2024, the serviceability level of the SSJ-100 fleet in some airlines reached 100%. The overall serviceability level of the fleet during the year did not fall below 75%. In terms of maintaining the airworthiness of "Superjets", the process of import substitution is underway.
Nine of the most critical alternative components have been developed for airliners to replace foreign ones. By 2026, their number should increase to 59. In addition, maintenance of more than 300 foreign components has been mastered, including modular repair of the SaM146 engine electronic control unit.
The corporation clarified that 154 "Superjets" are currently operating on airlines. The intensity of operation of these aircraft is comparable to foreign "classmates". Since 2022, the fleet's flight hours have continued to grow and have already surpassed the pre-COVID 2019 figures.
