Наращиваем производство дронов: в Якутске запустят научно-производственный центр беспилотных авиасистем

It will become a platform for testing new technologies and conducting research

In 2025, the scientific and production center for unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) "Polyarny" will start operating in Yakutsk. Its task is to conduct tests and train personnel.

With the creation of the center, we will increase the pace and volume of production of drones of various modifications. The project implementation will begin in January, and the launch of the scientific and production center itself is planned for the fourth quarter of 2025.
Anatoly Semyonov, Deputy Chairman of the Government of Yakutia

"Polyarny" will open new horizons for the use of unmanned technologies in various fields, such as agriculture, environmental monitoring, and transport solutions. According to Semyonov, this should give impetus to the development of unmanned aircraft systems in Yakutia and help in solving state tasks, as well as improve the quality of life of people.

It is assumed that the center will be located on the territory of the "Yakutia" technology park and the IT park.

In 2025, Novosibirsk State University plans to implement its strategic project "Digital Future". Its main goal is to create a center that will train specialists and conduct research in the field of unmanned transport and production automation. Its new working title is "Smart Drones and Industrial AI". Also, a modern laboratory for testing aviation equipment has been launched in Novosibirsk.
