Russia has created the heaviest strike drone S-70 "Okhotnik", which can work in tandem with the Su-57 fighter. Photos of the prototype were published online back in 2019, but it was first used only in 2023.
The characteristics of the UAV are not known for certain. Open sources speculate that the length of the "Okhotnik" is 14 m, the wingspan is 19 m, and the take-off weight is 25 tons. The aircraft was developed according to the "flying wing" scheme using technologies and materials that reduce its thermal and radar signature.
According to some reports, at low altitude, the "Okhotnik" is capable of developing a supersonic speed of 1,400 km/h, and a flight range of 5,000 km. The S-70 is capable of climbing to a height of up to 18 km.
It was also assumed that the "Okhotnik" could receive a supersonic air-to-surface anti-radar missile of the Kh-58 class with a range of 280 km to destroy enemy radars. Against targets at sea - a low-altitude subsonic missile X-35.
The "Okhotnik" can also be armed with eight KAB-250 guided aerial bombs and four modified X-74M2 supersonic missiles.
Earlier www1.ru reported that the Russian Aerospace Forces began to use ultra-long-range bombs with UMPB.
