Russian Tu-95MS strategic missile carriers have made a scheduled flight over neutral waters near the western coast of Alaska. This was reported by the Ministry of Defense.
The department emphasized that the flight over the neutral waters of the Bering and Chukchi Seas was carried out in strict accordance with international rules.
Two Tu-95MS strategic missile carriers of the Russian Aerospace Forces long-range aviation carried out a scheduled flight in the airspace near the western coast of Alaska. The flight duration was more than 15 hours. Fighter escort was provided by crews of Su-35S and Su-30SM aircraft of the Aerospace Forces.
