Radar stations of the Russian Aerospace Forces can detect and track any means of air and space attack, including hypersonic missiles and unmanned aerial vehicles. This was stated by the Ministry of Defense.
Chief of the Radio-Technical Troops of the Aerospace Forces, Colonel Andrei Chedaev, noted that the radio-technical troops of the Russian army are currently armed with modern radar equipment such as "Небо-М", "Каста-ВМ", "Подлет", "Наблюдатель-ФСРиКВП", and automation systems "Фундамент-М".
According to him, the distinctive features of the new equipment of the radio-technical troops are a high level of automation of all processing and radar information output processes, a modern component base, a significant increase in the capabilities of computing resources, and high noise immunity.
Earlier, www1.ru reported that the latest "Ярл" body armor was handed over to Russian sappers, and the products passed all resistance tests.
