В России расширят проект «Персональные медицинские помощники»: туда включат беременных

The government is extending the experimental health data collection regime, including remote monitoring of pregnant women in the project

The Russian government has extended the support for pregnancy under the "Personal Medical Assistants" project. The experimental legal regime (ELR) for collecting data on citizens' health has been extended until 2025. The list of regions and diagnoses for monitoring has been expanded.

The pilot project will now cover more pregnant women. Previously, remote monitoring was prescribed only for arterial hypertension and diabetes. Now, gestational diabetes, edema, proteinuria, and hypertensive disorders during pregnancy have been added.

The list of devices for monitoring includes medical devices for collecting and transmitting data on fetal heart rate.

The list of territories for applying the ELR has been expanded. Moscow, the Moscow region, and organizations under the Federal Medical-Biological Agency of Russia will join the project. Some regions will be able to conduct remote monitoring programs for pregnant women.

The operator of the information system will be the United Instrument Manufacturing Corporation (the managing organization of the Ruselectronics holding).
