The company "RT-Tekhpriemka" (part of Rostec) has developed an intelligent automated predictive equipment complex. The system is designed for diagnostics of machine tools in any industry.
The complex can significantly reduce equipment maintenance costs and increase its operational life. Rostec found that about 85% of all equipment failures are due to premature wear of parts and assemblies, which requires their timely and repeated replacement.
The new complex is capable of predicting potential malfunctions, thereby reducing the consumption of material and technical resources by up to 40% and extending the service life of dynamic equipment by 50%.
The complex combines several systems - information, intelligent and monitoring, they collect data on equipment resources, as well as analyze the forecast for maintenance and repair. The complex determines the resource of equipment and predicts the remaining service life with an accuracy of at least 99%.
