Russian inventors are coming up with new ways to protect against drones

Inventors in the ranks of the Russian Armed Forces have come up with a new way to warn of the threat of unmanned aerial vehicles. They have created a so-called "traffic light" that lights up red if an enemy drone is approaching. This is according to Defense Post.

A photo of one of these traffic lights has appeared online. A metal box with signal lamps is installed on a pole by the road.

At first glance, the system seems simple, but it is effective. If a UAV is far away, a yellow light comes on.

A red light indicates a high degree of threat, and a green light indicates that there is no UAV threat. This "traffic light" serves as a warning system for the Russian military.
