Пробивает метр железобетона: назван способ защиты от «умной» американской бомбы GBU-39/B

Buk-M3 air defense systems and Pantsir-S1 air defense missile systems will cope

It became known how the Russian army can reliably protect itself from the GBU-39/B planning guided aerial bomb. This was told by military expert Evgeny Damantsev.

According to him, despite the ultra-small effective reflecting surface of about 0.015 m², the 9S36M radars of the Buk-M3 military air defense systems are capable of detecting them at a distance of 30 km and intercepting them up to 17 km. "Pantsiri-S1" cope with the GBU-39 at a distance of about 7 km. The main thing is timely entry into combat duty in a "roaming" mode.

According to him, the enemy practically does not use GBU-39 bombing to the maximum range, since this requires climbing to an echelon of about 11.5 km, instantly leaving the "shadow" of the radio horizon into the radar обзор sector.

GBU-39/B is a high-precision planning bomb weighing 110 kg, which is designed to equip aircraft. The warhead of the projectile is capable of penetrating 90 cm of reinforced concrete.

Earlier www1.ru wrote that some T-90M "Proryv" tanks have lost the key UUI-1 device for a full-fledged battle.
