11.4 Billion Rubles Allocated for School Bus Purchases in 2025

Russian Schools to Receive 3.1 Thousand Vehicles

In 2025, it is planned to fully fund the acquisition of school buses to update vehicle fleets in the regions. This is reported on the official website of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia.

Under the program, it is planned to purchase 3,100 such buses for a total of 11.4 billion rubles from the federal budget. Suppliers who will produce the buses have already been identified. As in the past year, these will be highly localized domestic companies: Avtomobilny Zavod NAZ LLC, Ulyanovsk Automobile Plant LLC, Pavlovsky Bus Plant LLC, and KAVZ LLC.

As a reminder, Sollers announced the launch of mass production in Russia in 2025 of a new school bus. This vehicle is designed to transport 28 children and one accompanying adult. The bus interior is equipped with everything necessary for a safe and comfortable ride.
