"High-Precision Systems" (part of Rostec) has supplied TM-140 all-terrain vehicles to the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations. The vehicles were manufactured at Kurganmashzavod and will replenish the fleet of the Murmansk search and rescue team on the Kola Peninsula.
