The full-fledged launch of the Sirius Innovation and Technology Center will take place in 2025. This was announced by Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Chernyshenko. He spoke at a meeting of the Board of Trustees of the "Sirius" Innovation Scientific and Technological Center Fund as part of the Congress of Young Scientists.
This year marks the completion of the first stage of the center's development strategy, which was aimed at concentrating Sirius' resources. From 2025, a new stage will begin, including the active creation of infrastructure. Thanks to this, the partnerships that were planned will be implemented, Chernyshenko noted.
According to him, the Innovation and Technology Center is responsible for the management and development of information projects. Chernyshenko called Sirius the legislator and methodologist of many areas of research.
It should be recalled that the Sirius Innovation and Technology Center is a federal territory in Russia, created by the authorities to promote science, technology and education. The center is aimed at supporting innovative projects and start-ups, as well as attracting talented scientists and specialists.
The main tasks of his work: creating infrastructure for research and development, developing educational programs for specialists in the field of technology, stimulating innovation activity, as well as cooperation with universities.
