51% of Russians surveyed by VTB Bank believe that in the future, credit institutions will appear in the country where customer operations will be performed by artificial intelligence. We tell you more.
10% of respondents also believe that AI will be involved in key customer operations, but are confident that their work will be controlled by people. Thus, 61% of respondents believe that banks with active use of AI will appear in the future. 23% of respondents believe that AI will act in banks on an equal footing with people.
28% of respondents expect to see such credit institutions within 10-15 years. 23% of respondents believe that banks with AI will appear in 20-30 years. 16% of respondents are skeptical about the use of artificial intelligence technologies in banks.

Among the surveyed Russians, opinions also differed on how AI algorithms will treat lending issues. 22% of respondents believe that AI will be more loyal than ordinary employees. A quarter believe that there will be no difference, a third believe that AI will be stricter towards borrowers.
