An agreement on the implementation of the Development Program of the International Scientific and Educational Center for Nuclear and Related Technologies "Obninsk Tech" for the period from 2024 to 2030 was signed at the Congress of Young Scientists in Sirius. The program contains targets, fundamental principles and strategic approaches to the Center's work, and a plan of priority actions.
The development program of our international scientific and educational center envisages a lot of work in a whole range of areas. This includes attracting Russian and foreign students, developing advanced educational programs, and creating the necessary infrastructure. I am confident that, guided by this document, we will train the nuclear scientists of the future at Obninsk Tech – thinking, creative, courageous, and of course, top-class professionals.
By 2030, Obninsk Tech should become the main "point of assembly" that will unite educational, scientific and business organizations, as well as highly qualified experts in order to form and promote competitive educational products in the field of nuclear and related technologies.
