PJSC Sollers plans to create new production facilities on the territory of the Ulyanovsk Automobile Plant in 2025. The company plans at least four projects.
Adil Shirinov, Chairman of the Board of Directors of PJSC Sollers, said that the opening of the Sollers Comtrans enterprise is part of the UAZ modernization strategy. According to him, the potential of the enterprise is enormous.
The projects will concern both the component base and new production facilities, including taking into account the modernization of the model range of the Ulyanovsk Automobile Plant.
Sergey Vasin, Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Ulyanovsk Region, noted that the total capacity of all Sollers sites in Ulyanovsk in 2025 will exceed 50 thousand cars per year. The company intends to invest more than 20 billion rubles in this.
