In October, Lada car sales in Russia increased by 4.8% year-on-year, to 42.9 thousand units. For the period January-October, sales growth amounted to 33.3% compared to the same period last year, to 377.9 thousand cars, the automaker's press service noted.
In October, 42,875 Lada passenger cars and light commercial vehicles were sold, which is also 3.3% more than a month earlier. In total, in 10 months of 2024, official Lada dealers sold 377,854 cars, which indicates a significant increase of 33.3% compared to last year's data.
After the restart of production, Lada Largus sales in October showed the best result of the year. Unlike a month, 2.7 thousand passenger wagons were sold, which is 47.1% more than the September result, 907 vans were also sold, an increase of 37.8% compared to September.
9 thousand Lada Vesta models were sold in October. And according to the results of January-October, 105.2 thousand Vesta were sold, which is 214.9% more than the same period last year. Lada Granta sales in October amounted to 19.9 thousand cars, an increase of 11.6% compared to September of this year.
