A scientific and production center (SPC) for unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) has been established in the Nizhny Novgorod region. The Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation has granted the SPC official status, according to the regional government.
According to Governor Gleb Nikitin, there are companies in the region that are engaged in the development and production of various types of UAVs.
In the near future, we plan to grant resident status to 13 organizations. They will be able to work in the collective use center, the laboratory research complex, and the flight test center.
