Photolithography method was used in the production

Quasi-optical narrowband filters for creating 6G telecommunication range devices have been developed at Novosibirsk State University (NSU). This was reported by the university's press service.

This invention allows us to study samples not in the entire terahertz range, as was done before, but only in a specific part of it, which is necessary to achieve the task.

The photolithography method was used to manufacture optical filters. It is expected that the development will be used in research of semiconductor materials and crystals in the creation of various 6G telecommunication range devices. It is also planned to be used in medical diagnostics.

Earlier, www1.ru reported that an optical radiation source for electronics was developed in St. Petersburg.
