Софт в России научать находить дефекты в электронике

Domestic analogues of Western programs will appear by 2026

Russian developers want to create analogues of Cognex-ViDi and Visual Inspection AI programs, which determine the quality of microelectronics. They are planned to be released by 2026, according to an unnamed representative of the industrial competence center (ICC) "Electronics and Microelectronics".

The software is being created by CKB "Dayton" (part of GC "Element") and the enterprise "Radar mms".

Programmers of the first company are working on a solution for automated optical detection of defects in microelectronic products. They want to create software and a robotic system. A company representative told reporters that the use of such software will reduce machine learning time and help increase production volumes, as well as improve the accuracy of defect detection.

The second company wants to use a neural network in its development. The software will help to identify defects in the production of radio electronics.

Serial implementation of the programs is scheduled for 2027. The developments may be of interest to at least 30 enterprises, and the volume of the domestic market for such software is 8 billion rubles, journalists emphasize. In addition, it is planned to supply this software abroad, of course, to friendly countries.
