The "Sommers-NIOKS" vessel can become a new milestone in the possible implementation of initiatives that were directed through the all-Russian acceleration program "NIOKS" for technology transfer, including in the interests of practical use and application of a wide range of educational programs for many participants, thus the combined project can become one of the examples of technology transfer from universities in our country.
