Робот-консьерж «Арди» с ИИ появится в одном из столичных жилых комплексов

The robotic solutions developer has presented the "Ardi" robot concierge, which is capable of completely replacing a human at the reception desk in residential and office complexes. The first robot will be installed in the Headliner business-class residential complex in Moscow. This was reported by representatives of Ujin.

The "Ardi" robot concierge is a solution developed to automate a number of routine tasks previously performed by humans. Artificial intelligence technologies and digitized business processes allow "Ardi" to not only cope with familiar responsibilities, but also to do it faster and more efficiently. The robot is integrated with the digital infrastructure of the residential complex, which gives it access to all information in real time: from the intercom system to smart parking and the video surveillance system.

The robot is capable of recognizing faces, answering questions, interacting with residents, tenants, delivery personnel, and representatives of the Headliner management company. At the same time, communication with different groups of visitors occurs according to different interaction scenarios. An important feature is autonomous operation without a constant internet connection. All processes — from voice recognition to speech synthesis — occur inside the robot, which eliminates delays and increases reliability.

"Ardi" can simultaneously serve multiple users, accepting requests, recording events, and communicating with residents or guests via intercom. If a visitor enters the residential complex through the intercom, the robot will already know where and for what purpose they are going. Thanks to its multitasking ability, there is no need to wait for a human concierge to become available.

Special attention in the implemented case is paid to security issues. "Ardi" records all events, saves complete records of actions, which is important for access control and transparency. At the same time, each resident can configure the level of confidentiality and interaction with the robot.

"Ardi" is not just a robot, but part of a large digital ecosystem built on the basis of a digital service for managing smart buildings and homes, Ujin. This allows it to be not only a communication interface for residents, but also to optimize the management of the smart home system, parking, and engineering systems.

The "Ardi" robot is a product created by the "Promobot" company based on the Robo-C robotic platform commissioned by "Double W Expo." The development is based on software with Motion Capture technology, which allows reproducing human emotions, facial expressions, and gestures. A separate team of directors and screenwriters worked on the robot's scenarios. The main task of the development is communication with people and work at exhibitions, forums, events in shopping centers and other places with increased crowds of people.
