In the final of this international technological Russian show at the end of the year, they will compete for a prize of 6.6 million rubles

The Ministry of Digital Development has announced the second qualifying stage of the "Battle of Robots," which will take place at the end of this week in Yekaterinburg. On October 26, at the "Yekaterinburg-EXPO" International Exhibition Center, 48 engineering teams from Russia, China, Kazakhstan, India, and Iran will bring their developments to the ring.

According to the ministry, 32 adult teams with robots up to 110 kg and 16 teams under 17 years old with mini-robots up to 1.5 kg will participate in the battles. At the end of the year, the winners of the second stage will meet with the finalists of the first stage, which has already taken place in Moscow, and compete for a prize fund of 6.6 million rubles.

The first qualifying round in Moscow sent 16 teams from Russia, Belarus, and China to the final. The competition gathered more than 9,000 fans in the stands of the CSKA Arena and became popular on VK: the broadcast on VK Video gathered more than 10 million online viewers in the first 3 days.
