Wildberries has joined the ecosystem of the Russian mobile operating system Aurora, developed by "Open Mobile Platform".
As part of this partnership, an agreement was concluded to release a fully functional Wildberries application, which will be available for installation in RuStore and "Aurora Market" in November 2024. Currently, the application is in an active phase of beta testing, and its demo version can be seen at the FINNOPOLIS-2024 Forum, which takes place in Sirius from October 16 to 18.
Ekaterina Ulanova, Head of Digitalization at Wildberries, emphasized the importance of this cooperation, noting that the company strives to provide convenient access to its service on various platforms, including Aurora OS, paying special attention to the security of user data and transactions.
Roman Alyautdin, Director of the Aurora OS Development Department, also noted that the appearance of Wildberries in the Aurora ecosystem is an important step in the development of the platform and a clear example of how a market leader supports domestic technologies.
Aurora OS is the first mobile operating system certified in Russia that offers tools for centralized management of corporate devices, data protection using domestic cryptography, as well as a wide range of solutions for corporate use.
