The N035 radar is capable of detecting and capturing already launched AASM-250 HAMMER active rocket bombs and JDAM-ER gliding bombs, providing interception with R-77-1 missiles at a distance of up to 60-70 km.
According to him, the Su-35S also effectively patrol low-altitude sectors of airspace for Su-27S, Su-24M, MiG-29A aircraft releasing missile and bomb armament.
The maximum take-off weight of the Su-35S is 34,500 kg, the maximum speed is 2,500 km/h (2.35 Mach), the maximum flight range without external fuel tanks (EFTs) is 3 600 km, with EFTs — 4 500 km. Service ceiling — 18,000 m. The fighter's radar is capable of detecting targets at a range of up to 400 km and tracking up to 30 air targets simultaneously. The crew consists of one person.
