A ZiS-110 from 1948, produced during the reign of Joseph Stalin, has been put up for sale in Moscow. The asking price for the rarity is 70 million rubles.
The seller explains such a high price by the excellent condition of the car. The car was restored before the sale and has not been driven on the roads since the renovation. The declared mileage of the ZiS is only 1 kilometer.
As a reminder, the ZiS-110 was the most powerful post-war car. It was made to transport party nomenclature. The car had a 6-liter engine with a capacity of 140 horsepower. For comparison, the "Pobeda" (GAZ M-20) had a 2.1-liter engine with a capacity of only 52 horsepower. Unless, of course, it was a racing modification.
