According to Konstantin Khudyakov, Director of the Leningrad NPP facilities program at TITAN-2 CONCERN JSC, 37 mixers were used to deliver concrete to the site. The concrete was laid using 4 truck-mounted concrete pumps. More than 700 tons of reinforcement were laid in the foundation slab of the building.

Rosenergoatom explained that the requirements for the foundation of the control building are as strict as those for the reactor building. The facility must be earthquake-resistant.
