Yandex Market has launched a new project — Ultima. It offers more than 250,000 products from well-known brands and niche brands, many of which are not represented in Russia. These products were selected by Ultima specialists: stylists, buyers and other industry experts.
Ultima customers can not only order goods with one-click delivery, but also return them to the courier if something does not suit them. He will arrive at the specified address at any time.
For the first time, the service has a quick return service through a personal manager. In addition, the return period for goods has been increased — now it is 28 days instead of the standard 14 days when buying in retail stores.
A concierge service is available for buyers: a special support line where you can get information about Yandex services.
All Ultima products are packaged in bags made of environmentally friendly materials. Currently, residents of Moscow can use the services of the project, in the future it is planned to launch the service in St. Petersburg.
As a reminder, previously, Yandex users had money debited without authorization. The support service explained that the cause of the erroneous debits was a technical failure. The company's specialists manually canceled incorrect payments.
