Sources from the insider Avtograd News have confirmed that AvtoVAZ plans to start production of the third-generation Renault Logan and Sandero. The start of production of these models is expected around 2027.
It is expected that the French budget models will be assembled on the same production line as the new Lada Iskra. They will use a common modular architecture CMF-B, developed by the Renault-Nissan alliance.
Approximately by 2027, when Granta finally leaves the assembly line, the alliance's legacy (the former third-generation "Logan" and "Sandero") should share the assembly line with the Lada Iskra family.
As a reminder, AvtoVAZ resumed the production of LADA Niva Legend "Black Panther" in September. These cars have already begun to be shipped to dealers, but their production is limited, and they arrive in small quantities.
