Russian military personnel at the forefront have been using a gun-machine gun based on the ZU-23-2 "Zushka" anti-aircraft gun. They independently modified the weapon to perform a combat mission.
The product is equipped with shoulder rests, a manual trigger, and recoil reduction devices. The military noted that the gun-machine gun allowed them to make more than 200 shots per approach without significant inconvenience.
According to them, 23-millimeter armor-piercing cartridges penetrated a wall four bricks thick from a distance of up to 1000 meters.
We disassembled a decommissioned "Zushka." It has two anti-aircraft guns with a projectile energy of 98 thousand joules and a rate of fire of 1000 rounds per minute each. We turned one of these guns into a machine gun.
