The Russian government has transferred 75% of the authorized capital of Goreltech, a manufacturer of explosion-proof equipment, to the Rostec State Corporation. The corresponding order was signed by the head of the Russian Cabinet, Mikhail Mishustin.
Since March 2024, 75% of the shares in the company's authorized capital have been managed by Rosimushchestvo. The remaining 25% is owned by the German company R. Stahl - a leading international supplier of solutions and equipment in the field of explosion protection.
To transfer to the ownership of the State Corporation for Assistance to the Development, Production and Export of High-Tech Industrial Products "Rostec" as a property contribution of the Russian Federation, the share in the amount of 75% of the authorized capital of the limited liability company "Goreltech Plant" that is in federal ownership.
The Goreltech plant has three production sites - in St. Petersburg, Almaty and Tyumen, as well as seven branches in Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan. The organization supplies equipment to Rosatom, Rosneft, LUKOIL and Gazprom.
Earlier, a new research solar power plant appeared in Yekaterinburg. It was installed on the facade of the 12-story building of the Ural Federal University (UrFU).
