The company "Parus Electro" has presented the first domestic inverter for solar energy with a capacity of 1.5 MW, which received the highest score from the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation for the level of component localization and import substitution.
This key element of solar power plants converts the energy of solar panels into voltage suitable for the industrial power grid. The project was implemented as part of the import substitution program and took almost two years, including development, searching for Russian suppliers, assembly, and testing.
With a capacity of 1500 kW and an efficiency of over 99.8%, the new inverter demonstrates results comparable to or exceeding foreign counterparts. Its design uses electronic components manufactured at factories in 12 regions of Russia. Among the project partners are companies "Proton Electrotex" (Orel), "Nucon" (Moscow), "Rezonit" (Zelenograd), "Moselectronica" (Moscow), NPP "Atlant" (Protvino), "Transvit" (Veliky Novgorod), and "Contactor" (Ulyanovsk), which are engaged in the production of semiconductor modules, capacitors, printed circuit boards, transformers, and automation equipment.
Mass production of inverters has already been established at the "Parus Electro" plant in Biryulyovo Vostochnoye, where more than 15 devices per month will be manufactured at the initial stage.
